The Ministry of Industry (MIND) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with 20 prefectures, 6 cities, and  3 industrial-related organizations in Japan to establish coorperation in industrial development and support Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in both countries.
